SEO and search visibility
Set the popup form's title, description, and URL slug, preview the search result, and control whether it appears in search engines.
The popup's general settings hold the form's title, description, and URL slug, and control whether the form appears in search engine results. Click the Form Settings tab at the bottom of the left sidebar in the editor; the General tab opens first.
Title and description
The title and description are what search engines display for your form. As you type, the Search Engine Preview below the fields shows how the result will look.
URL slug
The slug is the last part of your form's URL: app.giveforms.com/forms/your-organization/your-slug. It's also part of the trigger link embedded on your website, so if you change the slug after the popup is installed, update your trigger links to match. See Embedding the popup on your website.
Search engine visibility
Display page in search engine results controls whether search engines are asked to index your form. Uncheck it to keep the form out of search results.
No social preview
Donation pages also carry social preview settings, the image and text shown when the page's link is shared. Popups don't: the popup opens on pages of your website, so the social preview that matters is your own site's.
