Campaigns list
Reference for the Campaigns view: columns, status tags, per-row actions, and how to navigate to filtered donation reports.
The campaigns list is the home view for managing campaigns. It shows every campaign in your organization with summary metrics, status tags, and quick actions for the most common operations. This reference covers what's in the list and how to act on it.
Opening the campaigns list
Click Campaigns in the left navigation. The default view (Active) shows campaigns that aren't archived. The sub-navigation under Campaigns has three views:
- Active — campaigns in current use. The default view.
- Archived — campaigns moved out of active use. See Archiving a campaign.
- Donor Portal — the organization's donor portal configuration. Org-wide, not per-campaign.
Columns
The table shows the following columns:
- Campaign & Slug — the campaign's display name and URL slug. A thumbnail of the form preview appears to the left.
- Campaign Type —
PageorPopup. The type is set at creation and can't be changed. - Last Published — the date the campaign was last published. Empty for campaigns that are still drafts.
- Created — the date the campaign was created. This is the default sort; click the column header to toggle direction.
- Total Visits — total visits to the campaign's donation form since creation.
- Avg Donation — the average gift size across all completed donations.
- Active Plans — the number of currently active recurring donations associated with the campaign. Click the number to open the Activity Dashboard pre-filtered to this campaign's recurring donations.
- Last 30D Raised — total donations received in the past 30 days, with the donation count below. Click the amount to open the Activity Dashboard pre-filtered to this campaign for the past 30 days.
- Total Raised — total donations received over the campaign's lifetime, with the donation count below. Click the amount to open the Activity Dashboard pre-filtered to this campaign.
- Actions — the per-row actions area. See below.
Status tags
Tags next to the campaign name indicate state:
- LIVE — the campaign is published and accepting donations.
- DRAFT — the campaign hasn't been published yet. Not visible to donors.
- DEFAULT — the campaign is the organization's default. Visitors hitting archived or mistyped URLs are redirected here. See What is a campaign? for more on the default mechanism.
A campaign with unpublished changes still shows the LIVE tag — the donor-facing form is the previously published version until you publish again.
Per-row actions
Each row has two action affordances at the far right:
- External link icon — opens the donation page in a new browser tab. Hidden for popups, which don't have a directly accessible URL.
- Overflow menu (the ... button) — opens the action menu with five options:
- View Donation Activity — open the Activity Dashboard pre-filtered to this campaign. Same destination as clicking the linked amounts in the row.
- Duplicate — create a copy of the campaign. See Duplicating a campaign.
- Rename — change the campaign's display name. The slug isn't affected.
- Set Default Campaign — designate this campaign as the organization's default. See What is a campaign? for what the default does.
- Archive — move the campaign out of active use. See Archiving a campaign.
Top-level actions
- Search campaigns — filter the visible list with the search bar above the table.
- View Archived Campaigns — switch to the archived view.
- New Campaign — start the campaign creation flow. See Creating a campaign.
Pagination and scope
The list displays 20 campaigns per page by default. Change the page size with the dropdown in the bottom right. Use Back / Next or click a page number to navigate.
The list shows only the campaigns belonging to the currently selected organization. Switch organizations using the selector in the top-right header.
