Automated Corporate Gift Matching with 360MatchPro

Our goal from the start of GiveForms has always been to maximize revenue for nonprofits to empower them to truly impact our world for the better.

Our latest update introduces automated corporate gift matching with 360MatchPro to double or even triple donations from businesses. 360MatchPro is the industry-leading matching gift automation platform created by Double the Donation.

How does it work?

360MatchPro has a massive database of corporations that have agreed to match donations made by their employees.

After signing up for 360MatchPro and connecting it to your GiveForms account, donors can search for their employer on each of your donation forms. If the employer offers gift matching, simple instructions on how to request a matching gift are sent to donors after they complete their donation.

How do I setup 360MatchPro?

  1. Sign up through the 360MatchPro portal.
  2. Sign in to your GiveForms account and go to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Click “Connect to 360MatchPro."
  4. Enter your public and private API keys (provided by 360MatchPro), then click “Verify & Connect Your API Keys.”
  5. You're done!

If needed, you can disable 360MatchPro on each form by unchecking “Corporate Gift Matching (360MatchPro)” and saving your form.

GiveForms now supports Google Pay. If a visitor is using a supported browser, Google Pay will be the default payment option on the payment portion of your GiveForm.

Donors no longer have to search for their credit cards.

Why is this important?

Over 60% of desktop Internet users use Google Chrome as their default browser and over 80% of mobile users are on Android. If they've made an online purchase before, their payment info is likely stored in Google Pay.  This means when prospective donors reach the payment portion of your GiveForm, they don't need to find and enter their credit card details. All of that is saved in Google Pay -- all they need to enter is the 3 digit CVV code.

How do I enable Google Pay?

Google Pay is automatically enabled on any GiveForm where it's available, no configuration or setup required.

Fraud Prevention with Google reCAPTCHA
Fraud Prevention with Google reCAPTCHA

GiveForms now offers improved security and fraud prevention through our Google reCAPTCHA implementation. reCAPTCHA is a technology that protects your site from spam and abuse. It uses risk analysis techniques to tell humans and bots apart, preventing bots from making fraudulent donations and ensuring the only donations that make it through are from legitimate donors.

reCAPTCHA typically requires displaying an ugly checkbox on your checkout process. To provide the best experience for your donors, we've instead implemented an invisible reCAPTCHA that works invisibly behind the scenes and is triggered when the user clicks the donate button.  By monitoring how the user interacts with the donation form, reCAPTCHA is able to distinguish bot and human traffic. If reCAPTCHA detects suspicious activity, it will display the reCAPTCHA checkbox and prevent fraudulent transactions from going through.

All GiveForms are automatically updated with this feature. No action is required to enable this feature.

You can now set donation goals for each of your forms. There are several types of goals you can set, including:

  • Total Amount Raised - set in your default currency.
  • Percentage - set a dollar amount and the progress bar will hide the dollar amount but show the % raised.
  • Number of Donors - set a number of donations you'd like to reach for a particular form.

Setting a goal

Is simple. Login to your account and click on a form. You'll see a checkbox for "Set a goal." Check this and enter a number for the goal.
